Full-Stack Engineer

You'll work across the entire stack — from API connectors to frontend dashboards — and see your code running inside client operations within weeks of writing it. Not in a staging environment. Not in a demo. In a ₹50 Cr business that actually depends on it.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain client-facing dashboards (React + Next.js)
- Design and integrate third-party APIs — Tally, Zoho, Razorpay, bank feeds
- Build automation workflows that reduce manual work for MSME teams
- Write clean, maintainable backend services in Node.js / Python
- Collaborate directly with founders and operations teams during deployment
- Iterate fast — ship a working thing, learn, improve
Who we're looking for
- 3+ years building production web apps
- Comfortable with APIs and third-party integrations (Tally, Zoho, etc.)
- You care about the product working, not just the code being clever
- Experience with workflow automation or B2B SaaS is a bonus
- You prefer shipping over planning
Not a fit if
- Someone who needs a big team and months of planning before writing code
- Anyone who has never talked to a real user of their software
