You'll run outbound, build CA and consultant partner channels, and convert inbound interest into paid Diagnostics. You'll work directly with the founder on GTM strategy — not execute someone else's playbook, but help write it.
What you'll do
- Identify and reach out to target MSME clients (manufacturing, trading, distribution)
- Build and manage a CA/consultant referral network across NCR
- Convert inbound leads into Diagnostic bookings
- Own the CRM — pipeline hygiene, follow-ups, and weekly forecasting
- Represent the company at industry events and trade chambers
- Work with the founder to refine positioning and messaging over time
Who we're looking for
- 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally in software or services for SMEs
- You understand how Indian business owners think and buy
- Comfortable doing outbound and building CA/consultant partner channels
- Existing network in manufacturing, trading, or distribution is a bonus
- You treat follow-up as a skill, not a chore
Not a fit if
- Anyone who needs heavily scripted sales processes or a large SDR team
- Someone who hasn't sold to Indian SME decision-makers before
